    _Our client, a leading global consumer-centric medical device company is looking for an Assembler/Operator. This is your chance to work with a global company with nearly 13,000 employees located in 30 countries._

     

    **Location:** North Tonawanda, NY

    **Schedule:** 6:30AM - 3PM

    **Pay:** $17/hr.

    **Responsibilities** :

    + Perform pouching tasks, including assembling ID cards into pouches with plastic plungers.

    + Tie threads onto automated components using manual fixtures.

    + Assemble tied components and pouched sub-assemblies with additional required plastic components.

    + Seal assembled components in preparation for sterilization and final packing.

    + Complete final packaging of finished units, including required printed literature, for shipment.

    **Qualifications** :

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent required, 2-year Degree preferred.

    + Experience in small hand assembly on assembly lines, particularly within a cGMP environment/facility.

    + Proficiency in inspecting components and finished products.

    + Familiarity with factory assembly procedures.

    + Working knowledge of hand tools
