Our client, a trailblazing global pharmaceutical powerhouse, renowned for their expertise in developing and manufacturing a wide array of world-class pharmaceutical drugs, life-saving vaccines, and innovative animal-health products, is in search of an Upstream Processing Scientist to join their dynamic team.

**Type:** Contract

**Location:** North Wales, PA

**Rate:** Up to 36.78/hr

Duties:

+ Prepare laboratory reagents, solutions, and culture media

+ Perform lab-scale upstream processing and needs-based purification support of vaccine products and process intermediates

+ Setup process equipment for lab-scale experiments

+ Perform in-process monitoring assays

+ Analyze, collate, track, and report data back to client staff members

+ Maintain records and test results following good laboratory practices (GLP)

+ Document work clearly and perform tests accurately

Qualifications:

+ B.S. in Biology, Bio/chemistry, Bio/chemical Engineering, or related science or engineering field.

+ 1+ years of experience in upstream-focused bioprocessing (e.g. bioreactor operations, mammalian cell culture).
