Job Summary
This position is responsible for all Warehouse transaction.
Insure inventory controls are in place and being followed.
All Safety guidelines are followed.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
•Oversee and insure all inventory controls are in place to support the plant.
•Maintain and organized the warehouse storage racks and equipment.
•Cycle Count to maintain accurate inventory to company standards.
•Work with Material Management on Inventory Reorder Replenishment Process.
•Issue Inventory when pulled and oversee open usage records in Maximo.
•Perform Physical Receipts of all PO’s and receive in Maximo.
•Perform all Plant to Plant Transfers needed to support overall company operations.
•Work the Direct Charge Application in Maximo to insure all material is accounted for.
•Review all Repair Applications Records and work with Maintenance Team to insure all records are properly handled.
•Perform tasks on Inventory tracking system (Maximo) including inventory reports and adjustments, timely receipts, and system generated reports to assist in continuation of daily work activities.
•Oversee vendor shelving to insure appropriate levels are maintained to support the Plant.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•5 years related warehouse/materials experience that promotes development in the areas described by the essential duties, responsibilities, and scope of the job.
•Clearly expresses ideas in individual or group situations.
•Must be able to operate a forklift and all terrain forklift.
•Able to lift 50 lbs. •Safety Data Sheets knowledge
•Proficient computer skills and good working knowledge of various applications (Maximo, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel)
•Demonstrates problem solving and decision making skills.
•Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, state and federal laws. (environmental and OSHA Safety laws)
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills
