We strive to provide highly positive medical outcomes, proven advanced technology and pharmaceuticals, deliver care in locations convenient to patients throughout the Dallas, Collin, Rockwall, and Tarrant County areas.

The Central Billing Office is seeking to fill the position of Medical Insurance Verification Specialist.

Responsibilities and Duties

+ Verifies all insurance coverage for upcoming patient appointments

+ Determines patient's responsibility if applicable electronically and/or by phone

+ Enters all insurance information clearly and accurately into medical billing system

+ Obtains referral and or authorization prior to scheduled appointment

+ Advises patient of their financial responsibility prior to scheduled appointments

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills

+ High School Diploma

+ Medical billing experience, preferably insurance verification and pre-pay collections

+ Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

+ Proficient mathematical skills

+ Must be able to multi-task

+ Must be self-motivated

+ Must be organized and detail oriented

+ Must be a team-player with a positive attitude
