The General Services Assistant provides coverage and support in all areas of the Logistic Department. It provides internal and external courier, mailroom, record retention and shipment support. It ensures that deadlines are met according to department procedures and schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Assist with a variety of tasks among different departments in General Services
+ Provide route coverage as needed
+ Posting of daily Lockbox packages
+ Interoffice delivery of supplies and mail
+ Assist with many projects within General Services Department
+ Assist with Fleet Maintenance scheduling
+ Assist with Record Retention process
+ Hand delivery special packages and special errands as needed
+ Completion of various paperwork (logs, billing, etc.)
+ Posting regular office mail to be sent out via USPS/or mail house
+ Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
+ Good driving record with 1-2 years of driving experience
+ High school diploma
+ Billing and scheduling experience is a nice to have
+ Ability to work with limited supervision
+ Strong experience with task prioritization
+ Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
