Chenega Systems (CS) provides federal agencies with empowered solutions in Cybersecurity and Data Visualization. Our Subject Matter Experts offer decades of experience working in the federal marketplace and the data visualization environment.
TheProgram Managerwill manage all technical and operational aspects of program activity to support both the sustainment of legacy systems and tools as well as the design, development, and modernization of Modeling & Simulation systems to include supporting the U.S. Air Force in effective management of cost, schedule, data, and change management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Manage the C2SET program in coordination with the Government C2SET PM.
+ Manage all aspects of the program to include operational, technical, financial, regulatory, reporting, security, logistics, integration, and customer discussions.
+ Coordinate with the C2SET Government PM to ensure that implemented software solutions are meeting established goals and Joint operational training commitments are being fully addressed.
+ Interface with the Government PCO on all matters of the contract and change management.
+ Recommend and/or lead new processes as needed to improve continuous quality and delivery.
+ Generate various reports/deliverables, including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel.
+ Responsible for day-to-day management of all program staff, including timecards, expense reports, hiring, awards, evaluations, terminations, and timely replacements.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ High school or GED equivalent required.
+ 7+ years of relevant experience developing systems such as C++, Python, AFSIM, Web services, Database, and/or web application development.
+ 5+ years' experience as a product or program manager of a software development team.
+ Experience as a product or program manager with experience in C5ISR M&S and software development.
+ Program Management Professional Certification (PMP) Preferred.
+ Secret clearance required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
+ Proven track record of leadership of large initiatives and experience with Air Force Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) or related IT program support is desired.
+ Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation certification.
+ Must be well organized, an effective communicator at multiple levels, and able to grasp system concepts and communicate their applications.
+ Must be capable of quickly learning new systems and associated software applications for proficient execution of tasks.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects with time-related constraints in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment.
+ Speak effectively before groups of internal and/or external customers or employees.
+ High level of integrity and accountability.
+ Ability to travel.
