Manages the team that oversees the creation and deployment of all client-facing communications throughout servicing lifecycle of mortgage loans. Is ultimately responsible to ensure all content is flowing through this team meets state, investor, regulatory requirements for letters and billing statements. Strong communication skills essential for presenting to senior leadership.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Overseas a team that manages all client facing Servicing and Default LOB communications.
2. Coordinates the team effort required for timely and accurate deployment of communications that depend on complex data mapping, programming, prioritization, and project management within an agile environment to support sprints and releases.
3. Is ultimately responsible for reconciliation of all letters, emails and billing statements across all Servicing and Default business lines.
4. Coordinates staffing for nightly releases, frequency of releases depends on urgency of deliverables.
5. Is responsible for managing a team that provides vendor oversight, reviews contracts, and revises agreements as needed.
6. Collaborates with the client experience team to use client communications as the means to achieve greater client satisfaction.
7. Often serves as a proxy for Client Experience and Correspondence manager in making strategic communication decisions in collaboration with various LOBs.
8. Experience with digital, email, text communication channel's ideal.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. College Degree or five or more years of experience project/people management in Mortgage Industry
2. Strong managerial skills required to smoothly manage a collaborative team that must be cross trained to ensure business continuity
3. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills to fully identify client and LOB needs
4. Strong analytical and project management skills required.
5. Ability to flex and adapt to constantly shifting priorities in a fast paced and ever changing environment
6. Ability to produce results by stretching for what is ideal in the long run and settling for what is doable in the short term.
7. Ability to collaborate with all levels of teammates and management to bring projects to fruition.
8. Basic computer navigation and keyboarding skills, including ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple systems
9. Fluidity with ppt. and excel is required.

1. Project management or analysis experience.
