Position Summary & Location
Acuity Inc.'s Leadership Program is a two-year rotational experience that develops high-potential early career talent into impactful professionals through hands-on experience. LPs rotate to a different functional area every six months to build business acumen and skill proficiency. Upon graduation from the Leadership Program, participants understand how they fit into the larger company strategy and have the necessary skills to develop future leaders at Acuity Inc.
The AI Enablement LP supports the successful adoption and integration of artificial intelligence tools across the organization. This LP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases, create end-user documentation, and assist in change management and training efforts. The role is ideal for someone curious about how emerging technologies like AI can enhance business operations and who enjoys translating complex topics into accessible guidance. This position provides hands-on exposure to AI applications, change enablement, and the internal workings of a technology-driven organization.
This role works onsite in Midtown Atlanta and starts employment on July 7, 2025.
LPs also participate in personal growth activities to enhance business acumen, including:
+ Specialized onboarding for all participants to ensure integration into the organization and program
+ One-on-one mentorship from an AYI Tech leader for the duration of the program (and beyond)
+ Social and networking events to forge connections with peers and leaders across the business
+ Frequent opportunities to collaborate with program peers to learn about various business processes and initiatives
+ Leadership report-out meetings to share rotational learnings and performance reviews to identify strengths and areas for growth
Primary Responsibilities Include
+ **AI Use Case Research & Analysis:** Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration. Observe workflows and conduct research to assess automation potential
+ **Documentation & Training Support:** Develop user-friendly guides, FAQs, job aids, and slide decks to support AI tool onboarding and enablement
+ **Change Management Support:** Assist in developing internal communication, training rollouts, and feedback surveys to help with AI tool adoption
+ **Performance Monitoring:** Track user engagement and feedback to assess effectiveness of AI solutions and iterate documentation accordingly
+ **Collaboration:** Work closely with Product Managers, IT, and Business Partners to support consistent understanding of AI tools and change readiness
Qualifications
+ A Bachelor of Science in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaboration tools
+ Exposure to emerging technologies or interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
+ Previous experience in a support, training, or documentation role (coursework or internship) is a plus
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and time-management skills are required
+ Availability to travel based on business needs (up to 20%) is required
+ Less than two years of related work experience is highly preferred

The range for this position is $53,400.00 to $96,100.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
