PT Receptionist - Colby, WI
General Requirements
+ Work collaboratively in a team environment to provide exceptional customer service.
+ Develop positive working relationships with vendors.
+ Serve as a liaison between vendors and Revela personnel.
+ Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Basic computer knowledge and skills.
Quality Control Requirements
+ Knowledge of and ability to follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
+ Awareness of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and its importance.
+ Follow all Safe Quality Food (SQF) guidelines.
+ Report any suspicious activity related to food defense.
Note: Required to report food safety problems or concerns immediately to a person with authority to initiate action as indicated on the organizational chart.
Safety Requirements
+ Be aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks in your job.
+ Be aware of your surroundings, watching for forklift traffic and trip hazards such as pallets or cords when entering the production area.
+ Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when entering the production area.
Education/Certifications
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
+ Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
Job Responsibilities
+ Greet visitors and answer the phone in a polite and courteous manner.
+ Answer phone and direct calls as necessary.
+ Learn and understand the visitor, auditor, and contractor policies.
+ Ensure all visitors and contractors sign in. Review visitor and contractor handbooks with visitors and contractors. Ensure all visitors to the plant know the appropriate GMP requirements.
+ Direct truck drivers to the appropriate dock area by reviewing the shipping schedule on the calendar.
+ Direct applicants on how to apply for positions.
+ Accept and send UPS.
+ Facilitate the pick-up of micro samples at the front desk by the third-party labs.
+ Help sort the mail into appropriate mail bins.
+ Assist and coordinate company events.
+ Assist with donations and sponsorships.
+ Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
+ Respond to reports of suspicious activity related to food defense.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
