Summary:
Languages are key to our mission of bringing the world closer together. The Meta family of products is currently available in 100+ languages and we are adding many more. Over 70% of people use our products in a language other than English, and ~90% are outside of North America. As a Localization Program Manager, you will partner with product and the rest of internationalization teams to empower Meta products to feel local at a global scale.
Required Skills:
Localization Program Manager Responsibilities:
1. Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to launch successful localized products
2. Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks tailored to various products and content types across Meta
3. Guide stakeholders across Meta to ensure localization best practices are followed and drive efficient execution
4. Proactively identify and streamline technical and process issues that affect localized product relevancy, quality, and functionality
5. Actively seek out opportunities to optimize the international user experience and influence adoptions of optimal solutions
6. Partner across internationalization to ensure the right resources are in place and all deliveries are completed at the expected standards
Minimum Qualifications:

7. 5+ years of experience in localization project/program management or AI technologies and potential application in localization workflows
8. BA/BS or 2+ years equivalent work experience in localization, internationalization, project management, or program management
9. Knowledge of AI technologies and potential application in localization workflows
10. Experience communicating across and driving results among a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international offices
11. Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions
12. Experienced in building and optimizing complex workflows
13. Experienced in staying focused, prioritizing and creating structure across large, ambiguous programs and setting goals for long-term initiatives

14. Experience with multilingual AI data collection, annotation and model evaluations
15. Knowledge of additional languages other than English
16. Experience managing various content types, including Legal content
17. Experience working with localization vendors
18. Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, or a coding language
19. Familiarity with internationalization standards such as Unicode and CLDR
Public Compensation:
$129,000/year to $185,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
