ADP is hiring a Director, International Treasury.

As **Director, International Treasury,** you will be part of the Global Corporate Treasury team based in Roseland, New Jersey, and manage the banking structure, working capital needs, and liquidity of ADP Business Units (BUs) outside the US. You will report to the Sr. Director, International Corporate Finance.
What you’ll do:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
Support banking strategy and Corporate Treasury policies outside the U.S. with a focus on EMEA:
+ maintain strong local banking relationships in each country through banks’ Relationship Managers and local ADP Finance teams
+ ensure complete understanding and effective use of each bank’s capabilities, strengths, and products applicable to each BU
+ ensure adherence to SOX controls and support audit requests
Ensure efficient and cost-effective liquidity management:
+ Administer all cash pools at ADP, supporting local responsibilities and requirements
+ effectively use cash management tools, including cross-border funding, netting, pooling, and investing solutions in line with ADP policy
+ support in-country cash flow forecasting, and optimizing working capital strategy while determining minimum levels of excess cash with each BU
+ anticipate cash deficits and ensure full access to new and existing credit/overdraft facilities
+ Recommend optimal bank solution portfolio in each BU, including LoCs, Bank Guarantees, external credit facilities, and other banking products
Support BUs with local banking services and bank systems administration:
+ in-house expert in partner bank cash management systems and reporting
+ resolve bank information requests such as money laundering, know-your-customer (KYC), and other compliance requests
+ Foster communications between ADP IT teams in EMEA and bank IT expert on ERP projects
Work effectively with Corporate Treasury Stakeholders:
+ drive Corporate Treasury strategy when collaborating with multiple teams, including global finance leaders, money movement teams, FP&A, CAPER (consolidations, accounting, policy external reporting) team, internal counsel, and tax professionals
+ optimization of bank fees, interest income, and interest expense
+ international travel, as necessary
Support ADP’s strategic initiatives and Corporate Treasury goals:
+ support special projects such as M&A due diligence and integration, spinoffs, divestitures, and new global cash pool administration
+ support Capital Markets team with Commercial Paper issuance, share repurchases, and US pension plan administration
**Experience.** You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role, including 3-7 years of experience in a banking or international treasury environment, such as Cash Management, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
+ experience in a banking or international treasury environment
+ deep understanding of international cash management, banking products, and banking practices
+ expertise with financial analysis and tools, including creating financial models in Excel, presentation software, and Bloomberg services
+ effective time management skills ensuring time is available for unexpected urgent challenges with an entrepreneurial spirit driving collaboration
+ strong project management skills and commitment to deadlines
+ self-motivated with a focus on perfect execution and a desire to make a positive impact on the organization
+ strong interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication skills that consider multiple, sometimes offsetting, priorities in Finance, Tax, and Legal teams
+ accustomed to maintaining confidentiality with high standards and values
+ understanding of foreign cultures and speak French or another foreign language
+ open to some international travel when necessary and flexibility to have conference calls with colleagues in multiple time zones
+ You'll have a Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent.
For additional comfortability in the role:
+ CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or similar certification outside US
