The Opportunity:

We have an upcoming opportunity to support the CENTCOM Joint Intelligence Operations Center – Analytic Support contract (CENTCOM JIOC-AS) with program operations and coordination assistance to satisfy standing and emerging requirements. In this exciting opportunity you will provide program operations support directly to the CACI Program Managers on site, coordinate with CACI Corporate representatives, and liaise with the client, as required, to ensure operational and administrative requirements are satisfied on time and within scope.
This is a part time position that provides the flexibility to work remote, work from the CACI - Tampa Corporate office location, and the candidate must be readily available to attend any client-facing coordination meetings at MacDill AFB in Tampa, if required.
Responsibilities:
+ As a Program Operations Coordinator supporting the USCENTCOM JIOC-Analytic Services contract, you will have the opportunity to organize and coordinate communications, workflows, projects, and deliverables that directly support USCENTCOM JIOC operations and the CACI Program Management Office (PMO).
+ Assist with organizing and coordinating communication flows internally between the JIOC-AS Team and externally between the JIOC-AS PMO and CACI corporate offices.
+ Manage project coordination to provide contract deliverables (CDRLs) such as Monthly Status Reports.
+ Update CACI data tracking tools using Sharepoint and OneScope software solutions.
+ Assist with travel coordination to support CENTCOM AOR TDY’s and deployments.
+ Directly assist the JIOC-AS PMO to deliver on all contract requirements within scope and on time.
Qualifications:
_Required:_
+ TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
+ 3 - 5 years of experience conducting similar work supporting mid to large size Department of Defense programs.
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ Experience using Sharepoint, Project+, and CACI’s OneScope portal
+ Experience coordinating overseas travel for personnel, managing TARs, and satisfying theater deployment requirements.
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
+ Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of a corporate team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with senior-level mission partners.
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ The ability to effectively multi-task and successfully satisfy competing deadlines.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$49,700 - $101,800
