Job Title: Selenium and API Test Lead

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Onsite Test Manager to lead test planning, automation strategy, and execution for advanced connectivity devices supporting our satellite broadband systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation using Selenium and API testing tools, with proven experience in Wi-Fi system validation. This role requires close collaboration with hardware, software, and network engineering teams to ensure high-quality, reliable performance of our consumer and enterprise connectivity products.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Should drive test strategy and execution for product releases.

+ Define and implement automated test solutions using Selenium (for UI) and Postman/RestAssured (for API) frameworks.

+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts and pipelines for functional, regression, and performance testing.

+ Expert in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by integrating test scripts into automated workflows.

+ Set up and manage test environments including Wi-Fi test beds, automation infrastructure, and network emulators.

+ Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.

+ Own test metrics, reporting, and quality dashboards.

+ Ensure testing aligns with agile product development and CI/CD practices.

Required Qualifications:

+ Strong hands-on experience in **Selenium WebDriver** , Java/Python, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured ). (Should be able to write and explain codes) in the interview.

+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver (Java, Python, or similar languages)

+ Expert with testing RESTful data services and APIs

+ Should have worked on agile methodology

+ Experience in automating tests for embedded devices, routers, modems, or IoT products.

+ Experience with Jenkins, Git, and test result visualization tools.

+ Excellent communication and team management skills.

+ Must be available full-time onsite in Houston, TX and ready to travel as needed.
