The Opportunity:
**CACI** is seeking an experienced **Project/Logistics Lead** to join our team supporting the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) for the Department of Defense. This role offers the chance to work with industry-leading professionals on cutting-edge programs that leverage best practices in Systems Engineering and Rapid Prototyping to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities to our nation's warfighters.
As a member of the CACI Team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting national security by enhancing the effectiveness of our armed forces. Your work will directly contribute to protecting American interests against increasingly sophisticated threats from our adversaries.

Responsibilities:
As the Project/Logistics Lead, you will:
• Oversee the management of specific projects and procurements under the task order
• Ensure timely implementation of technical and financial solutions
• Manage the execution of delivery orders
• Serve as the primary liaison between CACI and DoD customers for assigned projects
• Manage technical staff and provide financial oversight
• Balance technical requirements with budget constraints and schedules
• Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers
• Prepare status reports and attend project meetings
• Perform project coordination and document control
• Conduct market research and develop estimates
• Monitor team and vendor performance • Collaborate on socioeconomic contracting goals
• Manage government furnished and contractor acquired property
• Maintain vendor lists and monitor performance
Qualifications:

_Required:_
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in STEM, business, or accounting
• Minimum 5 years of project related management experience
• Experience in DoD logistics management
• **Active Secret clearance (minimum** )
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
_Desired:_
• Experience working with NSWC Crane, NUWC, or other DoD customers
• IAC MAC or other DoD contract project management experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• PMP certification

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$56,000 - $117,500
