Neuroscientist
+ Location: Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland
+ Security Clearance: Active Clearance or Eligible to Obtain - U.S. citizenship required
+ Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Depending on Experience and Education
+ Travel: 5%

Position Summary
SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Neuroscientist to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Conduct surgeries, behavioral testing, and experiments to support the Special Projects Team.
+ Maintain laboratory equipment/supplies.
+ Schedule and execute experimental protocols.
+ Ensure the quality of procedures and data.
+ Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies.
+ Prepare and present presentations and written documents summarizing efforts
Minimum Qualifications of Neuroscientist Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences and 5+ years of relevant experience. Exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
+ Knowledge of pharmacology and neuroscience as applied to medical chemical defense research.
+ Experience managing a biological laboratory.
+ Experience writing, scheduling, and executing protocols.
+ Experience in surgery and perfusion.
+ Experience in physiological recording techniques (pulseOx, EEG, ECG).
+ Experience performing behavioral testing.
+ Experience in biological sample collection (blood, brain, tissue, etc.).
+ Understanding of electrophysiological techniques.
+ Experience in fiberphotometry.
+ Experience in immunohistochemistry and microscopy
