Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Manage the employee life cycle, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees.

+ Administer employee benefits, ensuring comprehensive and competitive offerings.

+ Provide advice on controversial, precedent-setting, and unusually difficult classification matters.

+ Offer guidance on the interpretation of policies and regulations

This position is contingent upon contract award

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field

+ 5 years of experience in a related field

+ Active Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Professional experience in employee development and relations

+ Professional experience in Benefits Administration

+ Professional experience in policy and regulation interpretation

+ Proven collaborative and communication skills
