    Summary:

    The Monetization Partnerships team works across business and product teams to build, improve, and scale products with third-party partners. We work with partners across the globe that span a complex ecosystem (e.g., consultancies, martech, CRM, CDPs, business messaging partners) to drive incremental revenue for Meta. The Partner Solutions Management team focuses on accelerating revenue with partners through targeted insights and data-backed solutions. The team possesses a technical acumen to identify key insights that will drive growth and then build solutions to activate these insights at scale for the organization. This team is uniquely positioned to influence the organization’s strategic direction while also having direct impact on-the-ground with partners. In this role, the Partner Solutions Manager will have global impact, leadership visibility, and exposure to top company priorities.

    Required Skills:

    Partner Solutions Manager, Monetization Partnerships Responsibilities:

    1. Develop insights and recommendations to drive third-party activation at a partner, market, and/or priority level

    2. Drive data-related horizontal workstreams and optimization initiatives for the organization

    3. Collaborate across all levels of the organization to identify the highest impact needs for insights and build solutions at scale

    4. Partner with cross functional teams to introduce new automation levers or scaled solutions

    5. Become a subject-matter-expert in partner data to create granular and actionable insights

    Minimum Qualifications:

    6. Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree

    7. 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics or equivalent function

    8. Proven analytical and data interpretation experience, including experience identifying trends in data sets and translate findings to non-analytical audiences, including leadership audiences

    9. Skilled at identifying new opportunities in a larger organization and influencing stakeholders

    10. Proven project management skills, including the experience to scope and execute on ambiguous problem statements

    11. Experienced in handling complex projects across global teams and prioritizing quickly

    12. Experienced in navigating ambiguous data sources to find the most relevant data sets

    13. Experience with SQL and data manipulation / visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Unidash)

    14. Knowledge of Meta’s advertising tools and the third-party ecosystem

    Public Compensation:

    $129,000/year to $187,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
