Position Summary: We are looking for inherently curious people. We want someone obsessed with understanding the ‘why’. This position is for people who love data, love analysis, and are passionate about improving processes. In this role, you will predominantly use a tech stack of Tableau, SQL, Visual Studio Code, Snowflake, and Excel to answer questions about data that is ETL’d from our ERP, CRM, and various internal and external data sources. You’ll be part of a high-performing team that is highly visible to the executives of the organization and can make an impact and bring value to the entire business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Dissect business processes using data with a problem-solving mindset.
+ Query and analyze data from various data sources.
+ Concise logical explanations for a variety of personas, from C-suite down to individual contributors.
+ Data modeling and understanding of structured and unstructured data.
+ Creation of Tableau workbooks and visualization using LOD formulas.
+ Creation of SQL queries that optimize for performance.
+ Advanced Excel modeling.
+ Work in teams with individuals from the analytics org as well as individual business units.
+ Translate analysis into insights and recommendations to business leaders.
+ Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
+ 3+ years of relevant analytical experience or 2+ years of experience and a master’s degree in analytics or data science
+ Advanced knowledge of SQL.
+ Advanced knowledge of Tableau.
+ Highly Proficient in Excel.
+ Experience working with flat structures and Dim & Fact structured data and use cases for either.
+ Expert in understanding data structure and how joins change the grain of a dataset.
+ Strong knowledge of data management concepts, data modeling, and database technologies.
+ Demonstrated experience in applying advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and/or statistical analysis, to solve complex business problems. Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Proven ability to think strategically and apply analytical thinking to drive business results. Experience in formulating data strategies, developing roadmaps, and executing analytical initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Driven to meet or exceed specific goals, results-focused mindset.
+ Strong research, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills required (taking concepts and ideas and translating them into solutions).
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines.
+ Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
+ Master’s degree in an Analytical field, or MBA.
+ Statistics background in regression, A/B testing.
+ SQL.
+ Snowflake experience.
+ Salesforce experience.
+ NetSuite experience.
+ Tableau certification.
+ Ability to use AI to optimize job performance

+ Normal office environment.
+ Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
+ Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
