Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior LivingAnn's Choice in Warminster, PA, is seeking an experienced Staffing Coordinator for our skilled nursing building with 66 long-term care beds, 65 personal care beds, and 61 assisted living apartments. In this role, you will effectively manage a blended team of full-time, part-time, and flex workers to meet staffing needs.

Compensation: Starting at $26/hr, commensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact

+ Lead the daily and long-term scheduling of nursing and support staff

+ Build strong relationships with frontline staff and leadership to ensure alignment and coverage

+ Proactively identify and resolve staffing challenges with creative, people-first solutions

+ Communicate clearly and professionally across departments to support optimal resident care

What you will need

+ Proven experience in healthcare scheduling or staffing coordination

+ Strong leadership and influencing skills – you bring people together and make things happen

+ Exceptional organization and time management

+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Proficiency in computers, HRIS systems (Kronos/Workday/UKG), and Microsoft Office (Excel)
