    Join our team as a Cash Poster! We are seeking someone who can excel in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role. You will ensure compliance with company rules and standards in the A/R department and handle accurate and timely billing for resident healthcare services.

    Compensation:

    $21.00 - $24.00 per hour, plus eligibility for annual bonus

    How you will impact the team :

    + Prepare accurate pre-billing reviews, billing, follow-up, and cash posting of charges for an assigned business line.

    + Provide exceptional customer service by resolving both internal and external customer issues within an appropriate timeframe.

    + Conduct admissions and census reviews to ensure the correct and timely setup of resident accounts.

    + Complete follow-up and reconciliation of third-party payments.

    + Perform cash posting and adjustments for subsequent billing or account resolution.

    + Research unapplied cash and credit balances using appropriate payment and write-off codes.

    + Demonstrate eagerness to learn and take on responsibility, displaying a "can-do" approach to work.

    What you will need:

    + Minimum of 2 years of healthcare cash poster experience, including billing, collections, or other revenue cycle-related functions.
