Job Summary

Join Flik Independent School Dining as an Executive Chef at The Lexington School in Lexington, KY. Work with a top culinary team creating outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead cost controls and closely control expenditures for the account

+ Plan and build all menus with an emphasis on fresh ingredients

+ Purchase and lead inventory to ensure quality and consistency

+ Efficiently implement new culinary programs in conjunction with marketing and culinary team

+ Coordinate all culinary functions and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met

+ Lead and encourage a team of associates to challenge and excel in delivering outstanding service

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Culinary degree preferred

+ Three to five years of confirmed culinary management experience

+ Crucial high volume production and catering experience

+ Demonstrated experience leading cost controls

+ High-reaching desire to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
