BayCare is seeking a passionate **Manager Sleep Disorders** . We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic leader with a strong background in sleep disorders, particularly in multi-site operations and the development and expansion of Home Sleep Study programs.

Manager Sleep Disorder Responsibilities:

+ Day-to-day operations in specified sleep disorders service areas

+ Planning and development initiatives relating to those areas

+ Staffing, fiscal management, quality improvement, interaction with physicians and appropriate departments and units

Education:

+ Required Associates in a related field

+ Required Technical Polysomnography

+ Preferred Bachelors in a related field

Credentials:

+ Required BLS (Basic Life Support)

+ Required RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist)

+ Preferred CCSH (Certification in Clinical Sleep Health)

Required Experience:

+ 5 years Clinical Related experience

+ 5 years in a Supervisory Role

Preferred skills:

+ Use of Cadwell Sleep equipment

+ Use of software programs such as Cerner, Somonoware, and Ensodata

+ Lean/Six Sigma project management

+ Strong presentation and public speaking skills
