Hospice RN Clinical Team Manager

Branch: Greenville, TX | Schedule: M-F, 8-5 | Salaried

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

+ **Team Leadership:**

+ Oversee the coordination and quality of care provided during the hospice benefit period.

+ Inspire, mentor, and engage your team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve professional growth.

+ **Patient Care Oversight:**

+ Ensure the safe, cost-effective delivery of professional and supportive services to clients.

+ Maintain compliance with corporate and industry standards.

+ **Clinical Excellence:**

+ Oversee clinical practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.

+ Promote staff engagement and well-being while fostering a culture of safety.

+ **Administrative Duties:**

+ Supervise daily operations to meet organizational objectives.

+ Collaborate with the Regional Branch Director to ensure alignment with the company's mission.

Qualifications:

+ Associate degree in science or Bachelor’s degree from a School of Nursing (preferred).

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in Home Health or Hospice, with leadership experience (preferred).

+ Current state license as a Registered Nurse.

+ Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

+ Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
