    Job Summary:

    The IT Product Analyst II is responsible for the design, development, and maintaining of efficient technology-based solutions with the objective to improve productivity, lower operating costs and/or increase revenue. The individual in this role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions that meet our business users' needs. This position requires a strong foundation in software development, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. **This is an on-site position at our location in Lynnwood, WA** **.**

    Essential Functions:

    + Provide technical support to multiple business applications covering functions such as ERP, CRM, Test and Engineering Software etc.

    + Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using programming languages/technologies such as but not limited to Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc., Web Service, .Net Framework, Power Automate, Power App and RPA tools and Databases (SQL, Oracle).

    + Collaborate with Vendors, product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

    + Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards

    + Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.

    + Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance.

    + Assist in the deployment and maintenance of applications in production environments.

    + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

    + Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain current and competitive.

    + Provide technical support, participate in SOX audits and collaborate with other associates as needed.

    + Create and maintain necessary technical documentation and flowcharts such as data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams, release notes, etc.

    + Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.

    Minimum Qualification:

    + Bachelor's degree inBusiness or Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

    + 2-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on application development.

    + Proficiency in programming languages/technologies e.g. Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc. and Database development.

    + Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.

    + Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

    + Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

    + **Eligibility Requirement:** This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working on software such as Shopkeeper. Sage, Epicor etc.

    + Experience with front-end and/or back-end frameworks.

    + Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

    + Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

    + Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

    Working Conditions:

    + Standard officeenvironment

    + Work requires substantial visual concentration ondetail.

    + Working conditions are normal for a manufacturingenvironment.

    + Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but notlimited to eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other requiredPPE.

    + May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust orfumes.

    + Flexible and willing to work overtime and weekends asneeded.

    + Requires up to 30% travel to supportcustomers.

    Top Benefits:

    **_Salary range: $94,500.00 to $116,900.00._** Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.
