    What You’ll Do:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Experience: You bring 5+ years of technical experience and a knack for analyzing large data sets to make informed decisions.

    + Tech Enthusiasm: Familiarity with the technologies used in our applications and infrastructure is a must!

    + Communication Wizard: Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating across all levels of our organization.

    + Software Savvy: Experience in Software Development is key, and you should have a passion for continuously improving consumer experiences.

    + Problem Solver: You possess strong technical problem-solving skills and great documentation capabilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Project Management: Demonstrated ability to run large-scale projects and assess technology solutions.

    + Agile Advocate: Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.

    + Tech Stack Proficiency:

    + 4+ years with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps

    + 4+ years in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) automation pipelines

    + Proficiency in Git version control

    + SQL querying and hands-on Java Development experience

    + Familiarity with tools like IntelliJ, Eclipse, SQL Server, Power BI, and Visual Studio

    + Understanding of Java Framework and Standards, .NET Framework, and Python, along with Containerization.

    Additional Information

    At our organization, we recognize the importance of flexibility in today's work environment. We are pleased to offer a remote work option for our employees. However, we would like to express a preference for applicants located in or near Louisville, KY.

    To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

    At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.

     

    Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.

     

    Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

     

    Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

     

    Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.

     

    Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

    Pay Range

    The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

    $106,900 - $147,000 per year

    This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
