Job Summary:
The Enterprise Compliance Program Manager plays a key role in overseeing and enhancing compliance program functions across the organization. This position ensures adherence to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards while promoting a culture of compliance through collaboration with internal stakeholders. The role involves leading key compliance initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and supporting program audits and investigations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Manage enterprise compliance program components, including audits, monitoring, and risk mitigation efforts.
+ Interpret federal and state regulations to maintain program alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
+ Conduct compliance risk assessments and implement corresponding remediation plans.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Clinical Services, Education, and Regulatory Affairs & others to drive initiatives.
+ Lead internal reviews, investigations, and corrective action planning.
+ Monitor regulatory updates and emerging risks; communicate relevant changes to leadership.
+ Support compliance training, reporting, and documentation for program effectiveness.
+ Foster ethical decision-making and organizational accountability.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert resource for employees, regarding ethics, compliance, and privacy concerns.
+ Lead and coordinate the implementation of Enterprise compliance - audit and monitoring activities, sampling, and preparation of materials and reporting in support of the Annual Compliance Work Plan, Annual Compliance Audit and monitoring work plan.
+ Oversees compliance risk assessments, and implementation/communication of findings to enterprise compliance leadership.
+ Ensure timely communication and responsiveness to issues, tracking resolution and escalating to the Enterprise Ethics Compliance Privacy Leadership team.
+ Any other duties and projects assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities** **:
+ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Visio, and PowerPoint.
+ Skilled in regulatory interpretation and compliance program development.
+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
+ Experience with HIPAA, CMS, OIG/DHHS guidelines.
+ Works well independently as well as contribute to team efforts.
Education and Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Health Law, Healthcare Admin, Public Health, or related field preferred.
+ Minimum 8 years in compliance program management, including HIPAA and privacy programs.
+ Compliance certification (e.g., CHC, CCEP, CHPO) required or ability to obtain within 12 months.
+ Experience in home health, home care, healthcare, or other provider of care settings preferred.
