Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent and two years related experience.

Job Summary:

To provide supervisory and advanced clerical skills in the performance of tasks that support business operations.

Job Duties:

+ Determines work priorities, performs ordering, shipping and receiving duties, inventory regulation and general retail floor maintenance.

+ Organizes own work assignments to contribute to operational efficiencies.

+ Trains supportive personnel in new procedures and new employees on tasks to be performed.

+ Adheres to internal controls established for the department.

+ Supports Campus Store retail operations.

+ Assists with customer service coverage at Auxiliary Enterprises operations when needed.

+ Occasional weekends, early morning, or evening work required.

+ Ability to lift 30 lbs.

Salary:

Actual salary commensurate with experience.

Equipment:

Standard office equipment. Shipping and receiving equipment.

Working Environment:

Standard office environment.
