    Job Summary and Qualifications

     

    Provides clinical services in accordance with scope and license, to patients and their families including but not limited to assessments, psycho-education, process groups, treatment planning, discharge planning and therapeutic counseling support through evidenced based interventions in individual, family and group therapy. ​Demonstrates competency to provide age appropriate care to adolescent patients (12-18 years of age), adult patients (18 and older, including geriatric patients age 55 years+).

    What qualifications you will need:

    + Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor(LMFC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)

    + 2 years experience Required Years of Experience
