What You'll Be Doing

+ Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal operation.

+ Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes.

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

What Are We Looking For

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools, stick welding, oxy/acy torch.

+ Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

+ Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Work Environment

+ Work in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial setting.

+ Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.

+ Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

+ Physical demands include lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

+ $21.00 to $30.80 per hour.
