What You'll Be Doing

+ Oversee daily operations of the fly ash recycling plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

+ Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

+ Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet production and delivery targets.

+ Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards.

+ Analyze operational data to optimize plant performance and reduce costs.
