Contract Duration: 12 Months
Required Skills & Experience
+ 4+ years of Software Engineering experience.
+ Experience in test automation with tools such as Selenium/Playwright.
+ Experienced in developing the automation frameworks (Web), SDLC process and Agile methodologies.
+ Experienced on working micros services automation.
+ Experienced in quality engineering practices like Code review, Secure coding practices, Code Quality, Code Coverage, CI/CD, SQL.
+ Deep understanding of Behavior Driven Development methodology.
+ Strong test automation methodology knowledge with tools and one or more general purpose programming languages like JAVA, .NET, VBScript, JavaScript and Python (Java is Preferred).
+ Continuously research and adopt new automation tools, techniques, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Contribute to the overall improvement of software quality by participating in code reviews, design discussions, and process enhancements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
+ Experience with reporting and providing metrics of test automation.
+ Communicate test results and status to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
+ Extensive technical skills and comprehensive knowledge and understanding of enterprise quality engineering transformation journey.
+ Prior experience implementing test automation solutions in a dynamic, complex and scaled environment.
What You Will Be Doing
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
+ Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
