    Our client, JLL is seeking a Maintenance HVAC Mechanic to join their team. You’ll be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting commercial facilities. We are looking for a technically proficient individual with strong experience in one craft area, such as Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations.

    Job Title: Maintenance HVAC Mechanic

    **Location:** Binghamton NY

    **Shift** : 1st Shift M-F

    **Pay Range:** $28 - $29 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems across various facilities to ensure compliance with applicable standards.

    + Perform equipment maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and replacing parts to keep HVAC systems and associated equipment running smoothly.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + 4-5 years of experience in facility maintenance and commercial building systems.

    + EPA 608 Type II Certification.

    + Valid driver’s license.
