Our client, a leading player in the technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. As a Program Manager Non Tech 2, you will be part of the Worldwide Surface Category team supporting promotional strategy development and execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Program Manager Non Tech 2

**Pay Range:** $40/hr - $45/hr

What's the Job?

+ Contribute to the development and execution of optimal promotional strategies.

+ Optimize and measure promotional strategies while providing data-driven feedback.

+ Create insightful reports to help field teams understand business outcomes.

+ Handle ad hoc data requests and provide detailed data insights.

+ Develop Power BI dashboards and simplify complex data for presentations.

What's Needed?

+ 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or a related field.

+ Bachelor's degree in data science, data analytics, or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred.

+ Advanced skills in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.

+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

+ Strong communication skills for effective storytelling with data.
