Our client is seeking 4-Youth Success Leaders to join their team. As a Youth Success Leader, you will be part of the Office of Neighborhood Safety & Engagement (ONSE) supporting the Path Forward Program. The ideal candidate will have strong mentorship skills, a passion for youth development, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Youth Success Leader
**Location:** Savannah, GA
**Pay Range:** $18/hour
What’s the Job?
+ Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating the Path Forward violence prevention program
+ Provide supervision, guidance, and mentorship to high-risk youth
+ Work with community partners to connect youth with supportive services and resources
+ Collect and analyze data related to program outcomes and participant achievements
+ Organize and assist with community events, workshops, and forums on violence prevention
What’s Needed?
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ One year of experience working with at-risk or high-risk youth in a paid or volunteer capacity
+ Experience in youth mentoring, supervision, or program coordination
+ Knowledge of criminal justice, gun violence reduction, or youth development (preferred)
+ Valid driver's license; First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
