Analytical Lab Analysts
Reckitt, formally Mead Johnson Nutrition, located in Zeeland Michigan, is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team. This company is a major manufacturer of infant and child nutritional powders and the ZSP Analytical Chemistry Team is responsible for the analytical testing of finished products and in-process materials.

What's in it for you?
+ **$25 - $26.25/hr**
+ **Several different shifts available:**
+ Nights à Sun thru Thurs **8pm to 4am**
+ Nights à Mon thru Fri **4pm to 2am**
+ Paid training
+ Full time hours
+ Clean and safe work environment **What will you be doing?**
+ Analysts are expected to follow established methods, utilize approved laboratory techniques, and perform complex calculations to ensure accurate results are delivered in a timely manner. In addition to release testing, analysts perform investigations and instrument/method optimization to support Operations and Quality objectives. Analysts are also expected to utilize a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) to maintain records in compliance with good manufacturing and regulatory practices
What do you bring?
+ Positive, can-do attitude
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ Bachelor's Degree in science or technical subject desired.
+ Minimum of one year of analytical experience required.
+ Instrumentation experience with ICP-OES/ICP-MS, GC, NIR, and HPLC/UPLC/HPIC desired.
+ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills desired.
+ Proficiency with standard laboratory operations, equipment, and technique required.
+ Experience with the calibration and maintenance of lab equipment desired.
+ Familiarity with laboratory computer systems, including Chromeleon, Syngistix, and Sample Manager desired.
+ Experience in an FDA-regulated GMP environment required.
