    Our client, a leader in the commercial cleaning industry, is seeking a Commercial Custodian to join their team. As a Commercial Custodian, you will be part of the operations team supporting various commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

     

    **Job Title:** Commercial Custodian

    **Location:** Lake Buena Vista, FL

    **Pay Range:** $15

    **Schedule:** 9am-4pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform janitorial duties for commercial properties, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

    + Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring all fixtures are maintained to high standards.

    + Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring cleanliness throughout the facility.

    + Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and windowsills.

    + Interact professionally with building tenants or clients, addressing any cleaning-related concerns promptly.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Availability to work 6 days per week, including weekends.

    + No prior experience required; training will be provided.

    + Ability to operate specialized cleaning equipment, such as scrubbers and carpet cleaning machines.

    + Strong commitment to health and safety regulations.

    + Willingness to assist with deep cleaning projects or post-construction clean-ups as needed.
