Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the production department supporting various team operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Production Helper

**Location:** Weirton, WV

**Pay Rate:** $17/hour

What's the Job?

+ Sorting and inspecting sheets of metal to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Supporting production line workers by assisting with various tasks as needed.

+ Maintaining a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

+ Adhering to safety protocols while working around chemicals and heat.

+ Working rotating shifts to meet production demands.

What's Needed?

+ No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

+ Ability to distinguish colors for quality inspection purposes.

+ Willingness to work in an environment where contact lenses are not permitted.

+ Must pass a background check (7-year felony free) and drug screening (not THC-friendly).

+ Previous experience in an industrial setting is a plus.
