About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of workplace and office projects. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who excels under pressure, thrives in managing multiple concurrent projects, and can deliver insightful data reporting and polished executive presentations.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee a regional portfolio of projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. This role involves close collaboration with internal and external teams to achieve outstanding results that meet client standards, user needs, and business goals. Responsibilities also include managing a team of project managers and coordinators.
Onsite full-time in Kirkland, WA.
What You’ll Do:
Project Management & Delivery
+ Lead and maage all phases of design and construction projects, encompassing planning, design, permitting, construction, and closeout. Responsibilities include, without limitation, procurement, contracting, and oversight of schedule, budget, scope, and quality control.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including workplace tenant improvements, campus upgrades, and new construction initiatives.
+ Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks; implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential impacts.
+ Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, transparency, and trust throughout each phase of the project. Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional teams and external consultants and contractors.
+ Ensure all work aligns with client’s design guidelines, technical standards, and end-user goals.
+ Organize and lead recurring project meetings with internal teams, consultants, and vendors; take clear, actionable meeting minutes and distribute them in a timely manner.
+ Track follow-ups and assign ownership of tasks across vendors and stakeholders to ensure accountability and progress.
+ Maintain and manage issue resolution and decision logs, and serve as the central point of communication across all project contributors.
Program & Portfolio Support
+ Support regional planning efforts by tracking and reporting project milestones, financials, and resource allocations.
+ Maintain strong control of scope, schedule, and costs across the entire project portfolio.
+ Work closely with leadership to forecast capital needs and support long-term facility planning.
+ Develop project decks and presentation materials as required by client processes and internal review milestones.
+ Adapt quickly to changes in process, policy, or strategic direction—ensuring continuity in execution and alignment across all project teams.
+ Balance day-to-day execution with longer-term strategic planning across several concurrent workstreams.
Governance & Reporting
+ Serve as a key point of contact for the region for all data reporting and portfolio summary requests.
+ Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and well-structured reports, dashboards, and executive summaries on project metrics and portfolio health using data analytics to drive decisions and flag risks.
+ Regularly review project trackers and operational data, supplementing with insightful commentary to inform leadership.
+ Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc data reviews across financials, schedules, and milestones, coordinating with internal teams to ensure reporting consistency.
+ Proactively anticipate reporting needs for leadership reviews and business updates.
+ Enforce adherence to project controls, change management procedures, and internal governance frameworks.
Team Development
+ Supervise up to 5 direct reports, manage daily team activities, coach and mentor team members, and conduct periodic performance evaluations.
+ Lead by example to cultivate accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
+ Foster a client-first approach by emphasizing proactive communication, relationship building, and high-quality service.
+ Promote a high-performance culture focused on urgency, precision, and problem-solving and encourage critical thinking, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
+ Set clear expectations, measurable goals, and ensure accountability for deadlines, budgets, and quality.

+ Assist with recruiting and hiring.
What You’ll Need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ At least 8 years of project management experience, managing workplace design and construction projects, including tenant improvements and/or ground-up developments.
+ Demonstrated success delivering complex projects exceeding $15 million in value.
+ Strong technical acumen and experience working with cross-functional stakeholder groups.
+ Proficiency in project reporting and tools including Google Suites (docs, sheets, slides, etc.) and project scheduling tools (microsoft project, smartsheets, etc.).
+ PMP or CCM certification preferred.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
+ Willingness to travel regionally as project needs require.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $140,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $160,800 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
