    About the Role:

    As a CBRE Cash Management Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for daily cash management operations.

     

    This job is part of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable function. They are responsible for reviewing and paying invoices and cash management activities such as reconciliation and bank account reviews.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Oversee operations and outcomes to ensure compliance with procedures.

    • Troubleshoot escalated problems and issues that arise within the cash management function.

    • Review and check banking systems and processes. Make sure they follow acceptable accounting practices and applicable regulations.

    • Assist with the creation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

    • Observe operations and ensure team adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations.

    • Evaluate and resolve fraud prevention exception files.

    • Present information to an internal department and/or large group of employees. Interact with senior management, employees, regulators, and external auditors.

    • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.

    • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.

    • Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.

    • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.

    • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

    What You’ll Need:

    • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

    • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.

    • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.

    • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    • Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset.

    • Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Cash Management Supervisor is $64,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Cash Management Supervisor is $70,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.

     

    Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
