    Experis US LLC, is seeking a Consultant (HR Specialist) to join their team.

     

    **Job Title:** Consultant (HR Specialist)

    Key Responsibilities

    + Consultant (HR Specialist) responsible for advising internal teams for the recruitment and retention of technical talent to serve client needs.

    + Develop comprehensive reporting structures to provide trends and insights for stakeholders.

    + Develop clear processes and optimize operational efficiency. Analyze delivery strategy.

    + Create efficient processes to support business expansion and improve operational scalability and streamline workflows.

    + Work with an offshore model.

    + Work with SAP Fieldglass, Tableau and Bullhorn.

    Requirements

    + Must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or engineering and 1 year of experience in recruiting IT professionals which includes using SAP Fieldglass, Tableau and Bullhorn.
