Job Description
Day-To-Day:
- Participate in project calls to support technical requirement gathering/vetting/validation
- Serve as product coordinator or project lead representing the technical needs/responsibilities of a project
- Help to produce or create work plans, timelines, and architectural maps
- Create, update and maintain technical documentation
- Address and resolve support tickets in a timely manner
- Escalate technical issues, concerns and conversations appropriately
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify and deliver technology solutions
Hourly: $50-$60hr

Skills and Requirements
Must Haves:
* Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of coding, common development standards, and IT support practices (Java, PHP, SQL, JSON, HTML, ITIL)
* Knowledge of marketing technology, such as CRM, ERM, CMS, CDP, marketing automation platforms and analytic tools (examples include SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, Pardot, Concep, Sitecore, WordPress, Webflow, GA4, Siteimprove, PowerBI, Hubspot, Sprinklr, Marketo, Coveo).
* Strong SaaS experience to help enhance technology projects and streamline processes
* Strong background in web development or application support, with a passion for collaborating to problem solve and optimizing web applications.
* Have managed implementations for project lifecycles in order to transition outdated applications to modern 3rd parties.
* Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and escalate tickets in a timely manner
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (ability to articulate work plans and solutions clearly) Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience onboarding CRM or ERM solutions
- Experience supporting a marketing stack or similar technology group null
