Amazon Corporate Security (ACS) manages all aspects of physical security at Amazon Corporate locations and is a leader in security management, policy, and best practices. ACS is looking for a new team member who embodies the Amazon Leadership Principles of Customer Obsession and Deliver Results, to join our team as a Technical Program Manager.
You will join a team of security professionals who are responsible for managing Amazon’s Corporate Security programs worldwide. The high-visibility position will report to the Global Head of Tech and Tools. This security professional will be responsible for delivering ACS’s promise of a safe and secure work environment for all Amazonians through their delivery of Visitor and Access Management systems that support the Amazonians and the 1.2MM visitors into our sites each year as well as hundreds of thousands of access requests that happen at our Corporate sites each year.
You will be responsible for developing tactical relationships with internal stakeholders such as Global Real Estate, Reception and Corporate Security, as well as external stakeholders and software developers to execute a unique aspect of the Global Badging program. You will be expected to leverage these relationships to execute responses to issues both routine and unique, and develop processes to continuously raise the security bar.
Key job responsibilities
1. Responsible for driving development and global deployment of the next-generation visitor and access management software platform
2. Work with software engineers to document and communicate program requirements, test new features, and communicate platform changes to our global user base.
3. Liaise with global Reception and Security teams as well as super users of the visitor management tools to gather feedback, develop enhancement requirements, and work through any customer issues that are raised.
4. Develop feedback mechanisms so that Amazonians who use the visitor management platform can submit feedback and get answers to their questions / concerns about the platform.
5. Serve as the SME for Amazon's Corporate visitor management policy, including answering policy-related questions for Amazonians, communicating changes to broad groups of users, and refining policy as needed.
6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, working to ensure timely feedback and issue resolution
7. Develop reporting that provides insights into when, where and for what reason visitors are coming to Amazon Corporate sites so we can better understand how to serve their needs

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 2+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
