About this role:

In this role, you will:

+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

+ Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

+ Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

+ Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

+ 4+ years Java/J2EE development experience

+ 3+ years of JavaScript Frameworks experience such as with Angular or React JS

+ 3+ years of Oracle Database experience

Desired Qualifications:

+ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

+ Experience in Web and Restful Services, TDD/BDD Automation

+ Strong Java/J2EE experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot

+ Knowledge of Cloud based tools, Azure and PCF

+ Experience of Micro Services, Mango DB, Kafka, APIGEE and other marketplace APIs

+ Experience in build and deploy tools such as Jenkins

+ Knowledge of CI/CD processes in a large application environment

+ Experience of Monitoring and Logging tools such as Splunk

+ Strong Knowledge of Selenium, Mockito, Cucumber and other Automation Tools and Techniques

+ Working in an Agile Scrum Environment with team of Engineers and Product Owner and Scrum master

+ Strong knowledge of Enterprise JIRA tools and GitHub and other source code management tools

+ Experience of using Co-Pilot for Code Generation, Unit Test Case generation and BDD Test Automation

+ Knowledge AI technologies such as Agentic AI and Tachyon Studio for development AI based solutions
