About the Position

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with Insurance Defense cases, particularly defending commercial motor carriers. This position offers flexible work arrangements, including in-office and remote opportunities, along with competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience.

Key Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

+ Experience: 8+ years of personal injury defense litigation experience.

+ Case Management: Proven ability to handle complex defense cases from start to finish.

+ Leadership: Demonstrated proficiency in leading depositions, hearings, and mediations.

+ Licensure: Active membership in the Texas Bar, with residency in Texas required.
