Position: IT Infrastructure Manager

Salary: up to $110,000 base + exceptional benefits with 401K Match

Are you an IT leader with a passion for technology, strategy, and making a meaningful impact? Join our client company team as the Information Technology Manager, where you'll drive technology solutions to support a mission and community.

As a cornerstone to the leadership team, you’ll align technology and operations to make a difference while ensuring systems are future-ready.

What You’ll Do

+ Develop and execute IT strategy, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and efficient across multiple offices.

+ Lead the IT department, overseeing staff, vendors, and partners while managing operations effectively.

+ Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure resilience in unexpected situations.

+ Collaborate with teams to create tech solutions that enhance support and service delivery for clients.

+ Prepare and manage IT budgets, lead cost-saving automation efforts, and adapt to emerging tech trends.

+ Serve as an advisor to leadership on strategic IT investments and competitive advancements.

About You

You are a visionary IT professional with:

+ A Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (Master’s preferred).

+ Relevant industry certifications and strong technical architecture expertise (a plus).

+ Experience managing IT in multi-office, professional service settings.

+ Proven project management, team leadership, and vendor management skills.

+ A proactive and solution-focused mindset to drive innovation.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies is required.

• Ability to manage and maintain Active Directory.

• Experience with Backup Technologies is essential.

• Must possess a strong understanding of Computer Hardware.
