    Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Wholesale Distribution industry based in Carson, California. This role is centered around customer interaction, record maintenance, and order processing.

    Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls to handle customer inquiries.

    • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to update and maintain accurate customer records.

    • Provide comprehensive, accurate, and valid information to customers through appropriate methods and tools.

    • Process customer orders and quotes with precision and efficiency.

    • Maintain and enhance knowledge of the product line to provide effective service.

    • Employ excellent email correspondence skills to communicate with customers.

    • Schedule appointments as necessary.

    • Adhere to established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Requirements • Proficient in answering inbound calls, ensuring customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately

    • Experience in a call center environment, demonstrating excellent customer service skills

    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and maintain a positive company image

    • Ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

    • Proficient in email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers

    • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use formulas, create charts, and manage data

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create and edit documents efficiently

    • Experience in order entry, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
