Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to join their team and play a key role in driving sales success, fostering customer relationships, and supporting our sales functions with top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination: Collaborate closely with sales representatives and account managers to support the sales cycle, including quoting, order processing, and follow-up activities.
Customer Support: Serve as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, providing prompt and accurate responses regarding pricing, lead times, and product information.
Product Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of polymers to deliver tailored solutions, coordinate technical discussions, and share insights with customers and internal stakeholders.
Reporting & Analysis: Manage CRM systems and sales dashboards to track performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns quickly, maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication.
This is a direct hire opportunity paying up to 65K plus benefits and 100% in office.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or sales support in the polymer industry or related fields like plastics, composites, or chemical manufacturing.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to work seamlessly with internal teams and external clients.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Technology Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
