Description
+ Lead and manage the financial operations team, ensuring high performance through guidance, training, and support.
+ Develop and implement effective financial models and forecasts for long-term planning and operational success.
+ Oversee accounting processes, treasury management, and purchasing operations to maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
+ Establish and uphold robust internal controls to protect organizational assets and ensure financial accuracy.
+ Analyze financial performance regularly and work with leadership on updated forecasts and strategic plans.
+ Provide in-depth financial analysis to support decisions related to projects, pricing, and vendor relationships.
+ Manage audit processes to ensure adherence to financial and regulatory standards.
+ Collaborate with department leaders to refine financial reporting and identify areas for operational improvement.
+ Partner with corporate finance functions to streamline processes and achieve cost efficiencies.
+ Coordinate licensing applications and maintain alignment with state and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems such as ADP and Concur.
• Strong knowledge of auditing, budget processes, and accounts payable functions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, annual budget development, and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and procurement processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
