Description

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our client's team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial strategy through budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.

• Provide in-depth financial analysis and actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee capital management processes, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

• Collaborate with various business units to streamline budgeting and reporting activities.

• Implement and optimize financial planning tools, including EPM and Adaptive Insights, to enhance efficiency.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and accounting functions.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular updates to senior leadership.

• Manage the integration and use of accounting software systems and CRM platforms to support financial operations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization across departments.

• Support the preparation of presentations and reports for stakeholders, including executive leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of accounting functions.

• Proficiency in financial tools and software

• Demonstrated ability to manage annual budget processes and develop long-term financial forecasts.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of capital management principles and business unit financial operations.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems and their integration into financial processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus.
