Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support to our law department in Juno Beach, Florida. This long-term contract position requires an organized individual who can assist attorneys in case preparation, perform independent legal research, and maintain legal files. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case preparation, including organizing documents, drafting legal correspondence, and ensuring timely filings.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and document preparation.

• Maintain and organize legal files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Support the onboarding and management of contingent workforce personnel within the legal department.

• Validate and review documentation related to business unit functions and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with suppliers and external stakeholders to manage legal expenses and accounts.

• Develop and implement efficient procedures to streamline legal processes and improve departmental workflows.

• Provide administrative support for compliance-related initiatives, including cyber and NERC requirements. Requirements • Paralegal certification or a bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience working as a paralegal is preferred, with a focus on attention to detail.

• Strong research and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in managing legal documentation and maintaining file integrity.

• Familiarity with compliance standards, including NERC and cyber regulations, is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.

• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
